Le Moulin de Margué is all about the countryside, a large garden and a house that's comfortable in summer and winter alike. Everything has been well thought out: a living space with fitted kitchen and dining room on the first floor, with several entrances to the garden; on the 1st floor, a suite - bedroom and private shower room, living room with study, separate toilet; on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms and a shower room with shower, double basin and separate toilet. In the courtyard, you can enjoy lunch outside in all seasons, or play ping-pong, mölkky, pétanque... Fishing in the mill moat: fishing rods available. To add to the peace and quiet, the owners' sheep graze in the surrounding fields. After all, you're on a sheep-breeding and sweet potato-growing farm. Perhaps you'll witness the birth of the lambs between December and April, and taste the sweet potatoes between November and March? Prée d'Anjou is located between Craon and Château-Gontier, two towns with a full range of shopping, sports and cultural facilities. Each town has an aquatic centre with swimming pools and spa, museums and, in Château-Gontier, the Refuge de l'Arche, one of the Mayenne's great wildlife sites, and the Canotika marina, where you can rent boats, electric or muscle bikes for half or full days to enjoy the Mayenne river and its towpath, one of France's best cycle routes (the VéloFrancette, from Ouistréam to La Rochelle). And don't miss the Musée Robert Tatin in Cossé-le-Vivien, an open-air museum with monumental statues. A very exotic visit! Less than an hour away by car, discover Angers: its medieval fortress, the tapestry of the Apocalypse, the Terra Botanica park, the only one of its kind in Europe on the theme of botany, to relive the saga of the explorers who brought back rare species, with activities for all. Professional stays: ideal for 3 people, maximum 4 adults. The gîte must be cleaned and left tidy at the end of your stay (otherwise, the 80€ cleaning guarantee will be retained).

The gîte is on 3 levels, comfortable staircase, 100m².
First floor: fitted kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all small appliances - dining room 22m² - 1 separate toilet.
1st level: living room with flat-screen TV, desk and sofa bed (2pers) 23m² - bedroom Bleu du Maine (9.7m²) 1 bed 140*190, shower room with shower and double basin - 1 separate wc.
2nd level: 1 Clair de Lune bedroom (9.5m²) with 2 beds 90*190 and 1 Nénuphar bedroom (10.8m²) with 1 bed 140*190 - 1 bathroom with shower and washbasin, washing machine - 1 separate toilet.

Wifi access throughout. Each bedroom and room has built-in closets.
Baby equipment: cot - booster seat - bathtub - changing mat - blender.
Sleeping accommodation in sofa bed on request only, 2 persons with supplement (15€/pers/night).

Included: beds made on arrival - kitchen linen and 1 bath towel supplied - electricity and heating - baby equipment - cleaning (daily cleaning of the accommodation is compulsory by the customer, if the gîte is left too dirty: the cleaning guarantee will be retained).
