Magnificent, perfectly restored 16th-century dovecote, a house of character in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne. Lovely wooded grounds, relaxing views from the living room. New this year: a private swimming pool in the grounds, just for you (dimensions 10x4.15m, depth 1m to 1.65m).
Discover Marianne's homeland, the Black Mountain escapade to the source of the Canal du Midi, the village of Lautrec, the Roman road, and of course the must-see Grands Sites d'Occitanie: Cité Episcopale d'Albi, Cité de Carcassonne.



With its atypical, charming layout, this pigeonnier is ideal for 4 adults and 4 children.
First floor: bright living room with large round-arched windows, sitting area (sofas, TV), fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom (bath, double basin), wc.


Access via the staircase to a mezzanine with 3 beds (3 x 90cm single beds, 2 of which can be twinned). From here, you can access the pigeonnier itself, which has a double bedroom (160cm bed) and another bedroom above, ideal for children, in the clocheton (2 90cm single beds). Be careful not to hit your head on the roof timbers - that's the charm of the dovecote!


The lower part of the house is accessed from the outside, or by a millstone staircase from the entrance. Here you'll find a studio (50m²) with 4 beds (a 140cm double bed and a closet room with two 90cm bunk beds), a kitchenette, armchair, TV, shower room (two showers and double washbasin), wc.
Large wooded park, terraces all around the dovecote, lighted bowling green for the evening, garden furniture, barbecue. The swimming pool is secured by a cover with bars and treated with a non-aggressive product: calcium hypochlorite.
