Les Gîtes Pausadis welcome you to Lacapelle-Segalar! Two small cottages with a large pool to share

Located on the border between Tarn and Aveyron, near Albi, the vineyards of Gaillac and the Albigensian Bastides, the Gorges of Aveyron or Najac, we offer two totally independent cottages, fully equipped and ideally located to visit the most beautiful sites of the region.

Close to Cordes-sur-Ciel, beautiful medieval city, one of the oldest in Occitanie. Beautiful view of the countryside, calm and rest, Céline recommends you especially sunsets from the garden.

Lavender cottage for four people, Raisin cottage for two people.

Large enclosed garden of 6000m², secure swimming pool (6x12m) common to both gîtes, swing for children and table tennis, parking

The Raisin cottage welcomes two people with a lot of comfort:

- living room with TV area, 2 armchairs, sofa bed and storage space
- fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas oven, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle and all necessary for cooking)
- room with a bed 160x200 (possibility to add a cot)
- bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet.

Cottage on one level, adjoining the owners' house but without vis-à-vis, it has a garden equipped with its garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue.

The cottage also has other small amenities such as: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers, etc.

Beds made on arrival - Towels provided - Pool towels not provided.

The deposit is 400€ returned at the end of the stay. Housekeeping at the expense of the occupant

On site, you will meet Sam, adorable golden retriever very affectionate
