The Gîtes Pausadis welcome you to Lacapelle-Segalar!

Two small cottages with a large pool to share!

Located on the border between Tarn and Aveyron, near Albi, the vineyards of Gaillac and the Albigensian Bastides, the Gorges of Aveyron or Najac, we offer two totally independent cottages, fully equipped and ideally located to visit the most beautiful sites of the region.

Close to Cordes-sur-Ciel, beautiful medieval city, one of the oldest in Occitanie.

Beautiful view of the countryside, calm and rest, Céline recommends you especially sunsets from the garden.

Lavender cottage for four people - Grape cottage for two people.

Large enclosed garden of 6000m², secure swimming pool (6x12m) common to both gîtes, swing for children and table tennis, parking space.

The Lavender Cottage is thus made up of:

- a living room, with dining area, sofa bed and TV area

- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, mini-oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary for cooking)

- one bedroom with a 140x190 bed (possibility to add a cot)

- a second bedroom with 2 beds in 90x190

- a bathroom with bath and sink

- a separate toilet

Cottage on one level, independent and without vis-à-vis, it has a private garden equipped with its garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue.

The cottage also has other small amenities such as: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers, etc.

Beds made on arrival - Towels provided - Pool towels not provided.

The deposit is 400€ returned at the end of the stay. Housekeeping at the expense of the occupant

On site, you will meet Sam, adorable golden retriever very affectionate
