For your holidays, this cottage will delight the whole family. For you, a large garden with a very green lawn, a spacious and well-equipped gîte, an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and even a lake for fishing! Nearby: the Causses du Quercy, the Pays des Bastides Albigensians, the Monclar-de-Quercy leisure center (swimming, games, picnic area...), the Gaillac vineyard... You are halfway -path between Albi and Montauban, between Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne.



THE GITE:
Completely independent house (access via a stone path of approximately 200m), this gîte opens on one side onto the vast flowered grounds with garden furniture, barbecue, private covered swimming pool and 6-seater spa, and on the other side onto the covered terrace offering a panoramic view of the countryside and the roofs of the small village of Montdurausse.

- Ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the dining room, and living room with fireplace (insert) and TV. Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, refrigerator.
Still on the ground floor: bedroom with 140x190cm bed, bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink, separate toilet.

- Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa bed and access to the balcony, two bedrooms (one with a 140cm double bed, and the other with two 90cm single beds that can be combined), and bathroom with shower and toilet.

A garage is on the same level as the ground floor with a second refrigerator with freezer, drying rack. In the basement of the house there is a second garage to store your car if necessary, and you will find the washing machine there if necessary.

Exterior: large garden surrounding the house, covered terraces (in front and behind the house) and covered swimming pool area with a veranda for swimming all year round. Rigid spa that can accommodate 6 people.

- End of stay cleaning: 60€

- Towels/per person: 5€

For a carefree stay, charges are included. Electric heating.

The opening period of the pool is from June to September, please note that these dates may vary depending on the structure, please contact us.
