If for you holiday in the countryside equals beautiful house of Character and absolute calm, the Mill of Maraval is made for you. Here you will find peace and quiet, only disturbed by the song of the stream. And above all, the cottage is an old mill, beautifully restored, with water retention in the back. At a microchip leap of Cordes-sur-Ciel, a medieval city placed on its rocky peak, the cottage is an ideal starting point to discover all the Albigensian bastides, small perched villages, some of which bear the label of the most beautiful villages in France. A few cables, the leisure base of Garissou opens its water basins that will make the happiness of young and old.

This totally independent cottage has been converted into an old mill, patiently restored and offers a covered terrace and a large plot (2000 m²) in the back. Ground floor: large dining room with sitting area, tv, sofa, fireplace, large table, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (five gas rings, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer block... ), wc.

Upstairs: five bedrooms, bathroom, toilet.
