An apartment with a brand new terrace on the heights of Albi, in a quiet residential area 5 minutes drive from the Episcopal City of Albi.

This cottage just opened its doors. It sleeps 4 people, for a surface of 67m², on the hills overlooking Albi in the south, 3km from the historic heart (village of Puygouzon). Quiet residential area, served by public transport, all shops in the village, at the foot of the hill, 300m.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a garage, it literally dominates the neighborhood, dominant view from the kitchen or the terrace.


One enters by a staircase leading to the living room, with lounge area (sofa, television) and fully equipped kitchen area (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, … ) overlooking the terrace, equipped with a table and two chairs
One bedroom with a double bed in 140x190, the second with two single beds in 90x190
Bathroom with Italian shower, towel rail, washing machine, hair dryer, separate toilet

Reversible air conditioning in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as is a cleaning service at the end of your stay.

A deposit cheque for 500 euros will be required on arrival.
