Le Grenier de Rieussequel

The Voie Verte Passa Païs passes right by.

Rieussequel is an old traditional farmhouse that is gradually being restored, at the foot of the Montagne Noire. Two gîtes await you, set in former outbuildings, each on one side of the courtyard. Serge and Sylvie have completed the conversion of an old attic into a chambre d'hôtes. Very easy to get to, on the Mazamet-Béziers axis, you'll be surprised by the peace and quiet. Rieussequel is also 200m from the Passapaïs greenway, linking Mazamet to Bédarieux, a former railroad line. All kinds of sporting activities are possible here: hiking, mountain biking, cycling, fishing at Lac des Saint-Peyres, etc. Mazamet will amaze you with its rich history and heritage. The beaches of the Mediterranean are just an hour's drive away, and the vineyards of Minervois and Saint-Chinian are close by, on the other side of the mountains. And what if you simply wanted to relax by the pool?

A chambre d'hôtes for two, set up in a former farm attic. With independent access from the garden, you enter via a sunny veranda with kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), and is warm and woody. Private bathroom.
Two gîtes on site: le Jardinier for 3 people (reference G159) and les Calèches for 4 people (reference G1211).
The swimming pool is open from June to September. Please note that these dates may vary depending on the structure.

Arrival at 6pm, departure at 10am.

No additional persons will be allowed in the room.

Sweet breakfast (bread, butter, homemade jam, yoghurt, pastries or cakes, homemade apple juice) is served until 9am.

Savory breakfast on request, supplement €10/person: oeufs tindèle (2 fried eggs + ventrèche or bougnette and fried black pudding) paté, cheese.

Table d'hote on request (book with owners). Served from 7:30 pm - 8 pm, price 20€ /personne

Swimming is permitted until 8pm (please respect people in other gîtes).
