Elie has patiently built, day after day, a second cottage in Sommard, a charming little hamlet located between Cordes-sur-Ciel and the Aveyron Gorges, on the border between Tarn and Aveyron. This one has a nice view of the countryside of Ségala. Ideal base to discover the Albigensian Bastides, and especially Cordes-sur-Ciel so close, the city of Najac, the forest of Grésigne, the royal bastide of Villefranche de Rouergue.

Independent house, brand new, built by the owner himself. Small enclosed garden, terrace, garage in the basement. Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. On the floor: an additional bedroom serving as a games room, sitting area tv. Electric heating + wood stove (wood offered). Sheets provided, possibility cleaning service end of stay.
