Large fully independent cottage, fitted out in a typical property of Ségala Tarnais consisting of a traditional house completely renovated.

- The ground floor consists of:
- A large kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. A small laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with a second refractor and washing machine.
- Lounge with TV overlooking the pool
- "Green" room with bed 160x200cm
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

- On the first floor there is a large corridor serving:
- "Violet" room with double bed 160x200cm, single bed 90x190cm and cot with changing table
- Two bedrooms each with a 160x200cm bed
- "Red" room equipped with 4 single beds 90x190cm where two beds can be combined to make a large
- Bathroom with sink, tub and dining table
- An independent toilet

Exterior: you can stroll either in the inner courtyard dominated by its dovecote, or in the private garden overlooking the Viaur valley. From the living room, you access a terrace with garden furniture that faces the pool and closed garden. A large concrete playground is located next to the garden for the pleasure of the little ones and the big ones with a petanque court.

A beautiful private heated swimming pool (from the end of April to the beginning of October) and its sunbathing are at your disposal with a view of the private lake where you can indulge in fishing parties there also in exclusivity (from April 1 to July 15).

From the garden there is also an old unmanaged stable with a ping-pong table available to allow young and old to continue playing even in case of bad weather.



Located 30 minutes from Albi, this cottage knows how to preserve its tranquility with its private heated pool and its lake for fishing. Long live idleness and moments of conviviality between friends, family… around the barbecue, lying on the sunbeds or relaxing in the lawn.

The song of sunflowers is also a place of discovery, history and culture with the fortress of Najac, Lagarde-Viaur, Penne, Albi… But also a natural area of hikes, walks for adults and children.
