Vacations in the heart of the Tarn

Enjoy a house in an enclosed area from which you can easily reach the main places of interest in the Tarn :

Less than 30 minutes away:
- Albi and its famous Cité Episcopale, Sainte Cécile cathedral and Toulouse Lautrec and Lapérouse museums.
- Castres, famous for its rugby team, its houses above the Agoût, the Jardin de l'Evéché, the Musée Goya and the Centre National and Musée Jean Jaurès.

Less than 10 minutes away:
- Lautrec and its mill, the Pays de Cocagne and the Aquaval aquatic leisure complex.
- The royal bastide of Réalmont, where you'll find all the amenities you need (doctors, supermarkets...) as well as one of the most famous markets in Occitanie (Wednesday mornings).
- The Sidobre massif and its natural sights.

And, if the road doesn't scare you, you're less than 1h30 from Toulouse, Montauban, the Roquefort caves, the famous viaduct, Millau and the city of Carcassonne!
Just half an hour more and you'll be on the sandy beaches of the "grande bleue" (Valras).



** LE GITE **

Newly-built detached house on Antonia and Didier's property. The grounds are enclosed and planted with trees, with a separate entrance to the gîte and secure gate. Private parking in front of the property or directly in front of the gîte.

Covered, independent terrace in front of the entrance to the gîte, with plancha available.

Ground floor:

Living room:
- Open kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Senseo® pod coffee maker, induction hob...
- Dining and living area with TV.

Air-conditioned.

- Laundry room with freezer, washing machine and baby equipment (high chair, cot, bath).
- Large bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed and dressing room, plus a sofa-bed that converts to a 90cm extra bed.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and large washbasin.

The shower room is accessible from the living room or through a door in the bedroom.



First floor:
- Second bedroom in the attic, on an open mezzanine accessible via a steep staircase. Barrier at top of staircase. The room is equipped with a 90x190cm single bed and a 140x190cm double bed, as well as air-conditioning for a cool night's sleep.

Outside :
Swimming pool to be shared with the owners (who rarely bathe but maintain it daily!). Dimensions: 6x10m, progressive bottom from 0.90cm to 1.55m. The pool is not heated, but is covered by an easy-to-open "bubble".

You can also enjoy the owners' garden and play pétanque in the shade on the property's wide driveway.

A barbecue is available on request, in addition to the plancha available on the gîte terrace.

All-inclusive gîte for your comfort: bed linen, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Wifi is available via a 4G box.

Secure bike storage nearby.

A public charging station around 150 meters away enables two electric cars to be recharged simultaneously.
