Holidays in the center of the Tarn

Take advantage of a house located in an enclosed space from which you can easily reach the main places of interest in the Tarn:

Less than 30 minutes:

- Albi and its famous Episcopal City, Sainte Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec and Lapérouse museums.

- Castres known for its rugby team, its houses above the Agoût, the garden of the Evéché, the GOYA museum and the Jean JAURES national center and museum.

Less than 10 minutes:

- Lautrec and its mill, the Pays de Cocagne and the Aquaval aquatic leisure complex.

- The royal bastide of Réalmont where you will find all the necessary amenities (doctors, supermarkets...) as well as one of the most famous markets in Occitania (Wednesday mornings).

- the Sidobre massif and its natural curiosities.

And, if the road does not scare you, you are less than 1h30 from Toulouse, Montauban, the Roquefort cellars, the famous viaduct, Millau or the city of Carcassonne! Half an hour more and you can enjoy the fine sandy beaches of the big blue (Valras).



** THE COTTAGE **

Independent house of recent construction, located in the property of Antonia and Didier. The space is enclosed and planted with a separate entrance for the gite with secure gate. Private parking in front of the property or directly in front of the gîte. Covered and independent terrace in front of the entrance of the gîte with plancha available.

On the ground floor :

Living room :

- Open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Senseo® pod coffee maker, induction hob...

- Dining room and lounge area with TV.

The whole is air-conditioned.

- Laundry room with a freezer, washing machine and baby equipment (high chair, cot, bath).

- Large bedroom with dressing room equipped with a 180x200cm double bed and dressing room plus a sofa bed that can be converted into a 90cm extra bed.

- Bathroom with shower, wc and large basin.

The bathroom is accessible from the living room or with a door leading into the bedroom.

Upstairs :

- Second bedroom in the attic, on an open mezzanine and accessible with a steep staircase. Barrier at the top of the stairs. The bedroom is equipped with a single bed 90x190cm and a double bed 140x190cm as well as air conditioning to sleep cool.

Exteriors :

Swimming pool to be shared with the owners (who bathe very rarely but take care of the daily maintenance!). Dimensions: 6x10m, progressive background ranging from 0.90cm to 1.55m. The swimming pool is not heated but it is covered by a "bubble" which opens very easily (see photos).

You can also take advantage of the entire owners' garden and play pétanque in the shade in the property's wide interior driveway.

On request a barbecue will be available.

All-inclusive gîte for your comfort: bed linen, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Wifi is available via a 4G box.
