At the gates of the city, with exceptional views of the surrounding countryside and its gentle hills, the cottage enjoys a privileged location. The Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Toulouse Lautrec Museum are only 5 minutes away, an ideal starting point for visiting Cordes sur Ciel, the Gaillacois vineyard, the Bastides and the medieval villages.
For your children, the leisure complex of Cap Découverte is very close, with swimming lake, ski lift, zipline, grass skiing, karting, etc...

Here you will find a relaxing setting, a pretty cottage with a modern atmosphere, great comfort, and a couple of welcoming owners.

Completely renovated cottage, in the wing of an old farm, adjoining the owner’s house, quiet, surrounded by meadows and woods. Swimming pool to share with the owners (from 1.20 to 1.50 m deep, gently sloping).

Relaxation area with picnic table, barbecue, playground for children (slide, ladder, swing), boules court, table tennis.

Ground floor: living room with modern fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, pantry, toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms (a bed 140x190cm, a bed 160x200cm, 1bed 80x190cm) one with dressing room and solarium, bathroom, toilet. Reversible air conditioning.
