Las Colina

Located on the heights of the village, the “Las Colina” gîte is spacious single-storey accommodation with an area of ​​100 m² and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Adjoining the owners' house, it has its own entrance and private parking.

The interior is bright and warm. Its living space consists of a large living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher for 12 place settings) open to the living room (dining table, sofa 2 seater convertible).

Its sleeping area includes two bedrooms with a 140*190 bed (bed made on arrival) and a shower room (shower and WC) for each of the bedrooms.

With direct access to the spa area (through the living room and through the terrace), you can enjoy unlimited access to the private jacuzzi and its relaxation area equipped with deckchairs (heated and air-conditioned area). You can enjoy a 30m² terrace and its garden while enjoying the exceptional view of its calm and soothing environment. It is very easy to let go and relax!

Because we are pleased to welcome you, a gourmet box is offered to you on your arrival (for any stay of a minimum of 7 nights).

This cottage is rented all year.

Duration of rental :


summer period (July to mid-September): weekly rental (7 nights minimum), Saturday to Saturday
out of season (October to June): overnight rental (minimum 2 nights)

Deposit: 500 euros paid on arrival when the keys are handed over and returned on departure of the traveller.

Linen: Sheets, towels and house linen are provided. On arrival, beds are made. Because the vancances always pass too fast, everything is thought out so that you can fully enjoy every moment of your holiday with your family and/or friends.
