La Prune

A charming house in a charming village

To access the cottage La Prune, you cross the picturesque village of Itzac. This small town is almost at equal distance from Cordes-sur-Ciel, Gaillac, Puycelsi or Penne and its medieval fortress as well as Saint Antonin Noble Val at the gates of the Aveyron gorges. You have a wide choice of visits among all these bastides and perched villages. In summer, an unmissable event: happy hour concerts with winemakers! They open the doors of their domain in the evening to enjoy the sweetness of summer and admire the sunset above the vineyards. The Vaour laughter festival in early August, the Cordes concerts, guitar break in Albi ( Albi, UNESCO World Heritage Site)...

Back at the cottage, enjoy an independent house in an old farm full of charm with its old stones. Renovated in 2006, this building is one piece and you share the walls with the owners who live in front of your cottage, each with its independence.

THE GITE: independent access to the first floor with a dozen steps leading onto a small balcony with a side table to enjoy its café surrounded by this stone building.

- Living room: living/dining room with fireplace (non-functional), TV, DVD and books.
- Kitchen equipped with large fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher...
- Bathroom: bath/shower, single basin and toilet.
- Bedroom of 16m² with double bed 140x190cm

Upstairs is the large children’s room with 4 single beds, furnished under the attic. A first sleeping area with 2 beds in 90cm, as well as a bathroom with shower, simple basin and toilet. The bathroom allows to make a separation between the two spaces nights, to access the second space via a passage with low ceiling, suitable for children less than 1.50m. This second sleeping area also has 2 beds in 90cm, as well as a cot. This floor is a playground for children with many toys and books at their disposal.

Exterior: large land without vis-à-vis, not fenced, allowing to enjoy a garden going even in the woods! Barbecue available as well as a table tennis table, a table football, a hammock and a swing.

Private swimming pool of 12x6m with progressive bottom going directly from 1m to 4m depth, secured by a roller shutter.

Wifi at low speed because the network hardly passes. On the spot, you will meet Gaya, an English setter who only wants to be hugged.

All inclusive cottage for your comfort: beds made on arrival, linens, towels and towels for the pool provided. End of stay cleaning also included.

If needed, you can access the owners' laundry room to wash and dry your laundry.
