There you will find nearly the banks of the Tarn, in a park, a very comfortable gîte, LA MAISON A COLOMBAGE : a Half-timbered House , a XVI century house, for 4peolpe , a  old mansion completely restored; 


Careful decoration, refined atmosphere, highlighting heritage elements that have spanned the ages, recognized by the region with the designation Gîtes Art de vivre in our country residences.



** THE GITE **

You will succumb to the charm of this pretty 16th century half-timbered house in the small hamlet of Durestat, on the banks of the Tarn, tastefully restored and furnished. Haaa, the charm of old houses!

- Ground floor: living room with dining table and lounge area with TV, semi-open kitchen, small laundry room and separate toilet.
* Kitchen equipped with filter coffee maker and Nespresso® coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, built-in oven and dishwasher.

- Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm double bed and the second with two 110x190cm single beds. Bathroom with bathtub, single sink and toilet.AIR CONDITIONNING UPSTAIRS 

Exterior: small enclosed, well-vegetated garden with private swimming pool accessible all year round. Dimensions approximately 6x4m, ovoid shape with flat bottom of 1.10m (1.30m with steps).

Complete baby equipment: changing mat, cot, child's bed, baby bath and baby high chair.
Electric heating. Private parking with the two other gîtes on site.
