The gîte, designed to accommodate 5 people, is on three levels. It offers three spacious bedrooms, each with large beds:
- Bedroom 1: 180x190 bed
- Bedroom 2: bed 160x200
- Bedroom 3: bed 140x190

The first floor houses a first bedroom with en-suite shower room, as well as a practical garage with direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy sunbathing in the shade, surrounded by flowers.

On the second floor, you'll find a separate, well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a convivial atmosphere, as well as a cosy living room, without television, but richly furnished with books and board games, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. An office in the hallway and a toilet complete this floor.

The second floor leads to two further well-lit bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Every space has been designed with your comfort in mind, with an ambience that's both warm and functional.

Wifi is being installed to make your stay even more connected.

With a convenient garage and parking in front of the house, you can easily explore the area by car. Whether you're a history buff, a city walker or just want to relax in a peaceful setting, this citybreak gîte is the ideal base for a pleasant experience in the heart of Albi.
