In the heart of the Tarnaise countryside, in the country of Cocagne, this cottage offers total independence in its closed and wooded park (2000 m²). Leaning against a grove and lined with vines, you will have the opportunity in season to taste grape clusters. Ideally located in the center of the triangle Albi - Castres - Toulouse, you will have all the leisure to discover this region high in colors and flavors: pastel blue, saffron red whose culture is reborn in the Tarn, vineyard gaillacois... and enjoy this landscape of gentle hills.

Another aspect of this region is that Graulhet was once world renowned for its leather industry. Today, the know-how and the trades of the Mégissiers are to be discovered at the Maison des Métiers du Cuir.

Shops are 2 km for the bakery, pharmacy, butcher, hairdresser.. 6 km for large supermarkets. Hiking trails are nearby.

Independent cottage, large garden, covered terrace, you can enjoy the view of the woods and surrounding meadows. As in the photo, you can observe the squirrel family coming to nibble the seeds brought.

Animals are welcome, no participation is requested. The grounds are completely enclosed.

On the ground floor: * large living room with fitted kitchen: ceramic stove, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerant/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, boulloire.
* a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), bathroom, small room "reserve", separate toilet and large garage with tiled floor where you can enter your car; it contains the washing machine and a sink.

Upstairs: two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), a separate toilet.

Baby equipment available. An outdoor and indoor drying rack are available. Cottage equipped with reversible air conditioning.

NB: An electric floor is available.

Additional information :

Towels and table linen provided free of charge. Cleaning products, crockery, dishwasher, and washing are also provided.

- Cleaning package end of stay: 50€

- Bed linen rental: 13€/bed

Animals are accepted free of charge, the grounds are closed.

Parking: several cars can park on the ground and the garage attached to the house is available.
