La Grange des 15 Meuniers

An old mill in the Assou valley welcomes you with your family or in a group

The Assou river flows peacefully from the Monts d'Alban, and passes not far from Villefranche d'Albigeois, about ten kilometers from Albi.

On its course in this beautiful green and wooded valley, is the Moulin de Moussu.

For a weekend, for a short or long stay for a relaxing holiday in Albigensian at the bottom of this peaceful valley you will find two adjoining gîtes: the Grange des 15 Meuniers, and the Gite des 8 Meuniers.

Each of them with parking spaces, enclosed garden, shaded terrace and barbecue.

The swimming pool and its large relaxation area where young and old can have fun and enjoy the sun and share in a friendly atmosphere with other summer visitors.

All around the Gîte, on paths and trails for pleasant walks.

Fishing possible during authorized periods with permit (1st category).

La Grange des 15 Meuniers, the largest gîte, with its 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an 86m² living room can accommodate 15 people.

Ideal for welcoming large groups, families or friends, everyone together to sleep, eat, swim and have fun.



On the ground floor, a very large living room of 84 m² (14x6m) with in the first part a fully equipped open kitchen, in the center the dining area and at the other end the lounge area equipped with a large television 130 cm flat screen, several armchairs and sofa. Still on the same level, 5 bedrooms with a baby bed in one of them and 3 bathrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

On the upper floors, on one side, on the mezzanine, a fourth bathroom and two bedrooms and on the other side, under a crawl space, two additional beds.

In total, 4 bathrooms and 9 bedrooms (15 beds)

(5 bedrooms with double bed 140 x 190), (1 with 2 single beds 90 x 190), (3 with single bed 90 x 190).



Outside: a large 32 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a large fenced garden.

The swimming pool, its relaxation area and the parking lot are to be shared in a friendly atmosphere with other summer visitors.

- Bathroom linen hire: 8€/person
- Cleaning service at end of stay: 150€

Water is included in the price.

Electricity for La Grange des 15 Meuniers :
- 28kWh/day included in summer
- 200kWh/day included in winter with heating
Meter reading and extra charge invoiced at end of stay.

A deposit of 600€ will be required on arrival and returned if no problem at the end of your stay.
