Simple, comfortable upstairs gîte above the owners' living quarters, with independent side access.
Small covered terrace for meals or breakfasts outside in the shade. Kitchen, two bedrooms (one 140cm double bed in each), children's playroom, bathroom, wc. Baby equipment. Electric heating. Reversible air-conditioning.
