Former barn with its exposed stones, restored by the owners, the Gîte de Grésigne offers a living room with fitted kitchen, a large bedroom for two, a shower room with wc.
A covered terrace in the rising sun with a view of the meadows where animals sometimes come to eat (deer, hares, etc.).
Swimming pool heated from June to September, ping-pong table, petanque ground (to be shared with the owners and the second gite “La Vére”, reference G1231 on Gîtes de France), relaxing walks and idleness at will. Barbecue and private garden furniture are at your disposal, the wifi is free.
Electric car charging station (Zeborne) and reinforced socket available in the car park (flat rate billing).
For your well-being, the beds are made, possibility to pick up your shopping at the Négrepelisse drive (Intermarché), electric heating included.
The owners live on site and are at your disposal for any information.
The beds are made when you arrive.
End of stay cleaning is included.
A tea towel and a hand towel are provided.
Remember to take your flexible doses for coffee, the Senséo is provided.
Shaded parking near the cottage.

Régine et Philippe
A la suite d'un bref séjour dans le Tarn, nous avons été séduits par l'accueil des habitants, l'habitat et les paysages. Le choix fut rapidement fait de venir nous installer à Larroque au domaine des Merlins et ce malgré l'ampleur du travail de restauration à fournir. Pour y parvenir le choix fut fait de créer un premier gîte –Grésigne- puis un deuxième –La Vére- et maintenant la restauration de la maison principale nous occupe beaucoup, tout en prenant des pauses en présence des hôtes afin de ne déranger personne. Nous sommes tous deux impliqués dans la vie communale (mairie, associations).

Helas nous n'avons pas de pourvoir sur eux, pourtant on loge une colonie de chauve-souris qui en mangent une grosse quantité :))

Cadre très agréable et gite très bien pour 2 personnes très bien située géographiquement.
Belle propriété située en zone Natura 2000 qui permet d'avoir et de voir une très belle biodiversité (papillons, libellules, entendre des grenouilles, voir par chance un chevreuil, des lézards....)

Oui même les animaux sont contents d'avoir des visiteurs, et en plus ils savent qu'ici ils ne risquent rien

5/5le gîte est un véritable havre de paix au milieu d'une nature intacte.
tout le confort moderne est présent.
l'accueil de Régine et de Phillipe est chaleureux . Ils sont discrets mais toujours disponibles.
La région est riche d'un patrimoine superbe: abbayes, châteaux villages perchés....

5/5We had a great stay at Les Merlins. Regine and Phillippe were great hosts and very friendly and helpful. The Gite is well equipped and in a beautiful location to explore this part of the Tarn/Galliac region. Would highly recommend.
