Stay in an old cellar built in the eighteenth century and transformed into a dwelling in the 80s



The cottage Le Tilleul, totally independent, was tastefully renovated a few years ago.
Located in the countryside, near the village of Salvagnac (500 meters), you will be quiet without being isolated. You can enjoy a wooded park and close of one hectare around the house, a magnificent view of the bastide of Salvagnac and the surrounding hillsides.

This family home is equipped to make you feel immediately comfortable. You will find:

On the ground floor:
- a large living room with cathedral ceiling, open kitchen, dining room and living room with large TV, 200 channels (Netflix® and Free® offer), wifi... Equipped kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, necessary for selective sorting.
- a sleeping area consisting of 3 bedrooms each with a bed 140x190cm
- a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, bath, washing machine and dryer.

From one of the rooms, you will have access to a studio that can be independent thanks to its access from the outside. This studio, on one level, consists of a kitchen/living room with a sofa/pull-out bed (2 beds), a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, as well as this 3rd bedroom which can be privatized for this studio.

On the floor of the main house with its cathedral ceiling, you will find an ideal space for children:
- a large mezzanine with a children’s play area (board games), a reading area with sofa and books available.
- two bedrooms in row under the attic: a small one with two twin beds (90x190cm) with access to a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet under crawlers. A large bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a trundle bed in 80x190cm offering 2 additional beds.



The cottage Le Tilleul, with a surface of more than 180m², is surrounded by terraces and all the rooms on the ground floor have direct access through the French window door. Reversible air conditioning, 300L water heater, non-smoking home.

Parking right in front of the cottage, in the owner. You can enjoy one hectare of enclosed land, to share with the live animals already on the property: goats, sheep, cats.

Functional outdoor private pool from 1 June to 1 September. You will find sunbeds, tables and chairs, parasol, pergola, plancha and solar shower. Dimensions: 11x5m, unheated.

- Cleaning service at the end of your stay: 80€

The safety of the swimming pool is reinforced by a fence and a gate as well as an alarm, but nothing replaces the vigilance of adults. Children must therefore be accompanied systematically by an adult.
