This former family home from before 1827 is completely renovated with all the necessary comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This family home from 1831 was completely renovated in 1998 respecting the traditional Toulouse habitat. In 2019, we decided to give a new lease of life by transforming this building into a 4-star tourist accommodation, combining elegance and authenticity while retaining the charm of the old.

You will be seduced by its beautiful volumes, its warm living room of 44 m2 equipped with a large decorative fireplace in fairground brick, the main living room ideal for all your moments of sharing.
The spacious 27m² kitchen, fully equipped with a convivial table, will be ideal for preparing your meals and having a snack with the family (fan-assisted oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, 600l fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso). Upstairs, its 2 harmonious air-conditioned bedrooms (160x200 bed) equipped with flat screen TV with private bathroom (shampoo provided) .



Savor the beautiful season and enjoy being outside from breakfast to dinner. Our exteriors and our garden of 2000 m2 enclosed and planted with trees with a children's playground (bird's nest swing, slide), pétanque court, areas for playing football, badminton, volleyball, beach rackets (available in the games room ). For your barbecue evenings, our guinguette atmosphere space with picnic tables, garden furniture, brazier will be ideal for enjoying the flavors of summer.

With your children or with your friends you will enjoy our games room with table football, darts, archery for children, basketball arcade double shoot, Molky and various board games will be at your disposal.
On the practical side, a laundry room for your long stay equipped with 10kg washing machine, dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron and cleaning kit.

During your stay you will have free access to WiFi and will have private parking, a charging socket for your electric vehicles.
