Air-conditioned detached cottage, located on the slopes of Albi, town of Toulouse-Lautrec, in Puygouzon, in a quiet and residential area. You will fall under the charm of its terrace with stunning views of the Albigensian countryside. Ideal for a couple, accompanied by a teenager.
Two living rooms on two levels with in addition two small mezzanines.
The kitchen is fully equipped, a bedroom (double bed 140), a living room (sofa bz + 2 extra beds, tv), a mezzanine with reading corner and another with bed (bed 120), bathroom with toilet. You will find on the terrace a garden furniture to relax after a day of sightseeing or simply to enjoy the view and quiet.
You will be 10 minutes from the historic centre of Albi and its majestic red brick cathedral classified as a World Heritage Site, 20 minutes from Gaillacois, 30 minutes from Castres and Sidobre, 20 minutes from the Tarn valley and less than an hour from Toulouse, a pink city.
You will appreciate the Tarn for the diversity of its historical, architectural, cultural heritage and the richness of its landscapes. Many circuits and hikes will allow you to discover the country of Cocagne and the land of the Cathars.
Cottage heated and air-conditioned + WIFI.
This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

5/5Joli gite situé au calme... avec une vue magnifique.... très bien équipé en tout... et près de la ville.... Nous avons très bien été reçus par la propriétaire....
Nous sommes tombés sur une semaine clémente... on a pu profiter de la terrasse....
