Charm and authenticity await you in this newly restored house located on the hills of the land of cocagne, rich in history with its Cathar epic. This typical old farmhouse housed in the heart of the plots of our farm, is located in the center of the triangle Albi, Castres and Toulouse.

You can enjoy in peace its large garden raised and totally closed, equipped with porch and slide for children. You will flank on the covered terrace on sun loungers and armchairs enjoying a breathtaking view of our lake.

With a capacity of 12 people, this cottage has:

On the ground floor:


an entrance serving as a games room, reading room or resting room. A large living room with Tv and fireplace (wood offered) as well as a large kitchen equipped with every comfort. Finally a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, you will enjoy the privacy of the very spacious rooms:

a master suite with its bed 160, equipped with a private bathroom and a cot. The baby equipment includes high chair and bathtub.
three more bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and two more with a 140 bed
finally the large and charming dormitory room with its four beds in 90 will delight young and old with its large space.
The floor also offers two other bathrooms and a toilet to accommodate the whole tribe.




Pets are accepted on conditions and only with the agreement of the owner.

The heating is a gas central heating included in the price.

The possibility to rent bed linen (10€/bed) and towels (5€/pers). Linen is provided.
