Large «mansion» of the 19th century, independent and surrounded by a closed private park of 6000m² with trees and flowers.

«Auvezines» is a small hamlet in the colourful valleys of Lauragais. The view extends to the Black Mountain: a dream setting for walks and hikes, cyclists or motorized.

In the heart of Occitania, you will be close to Revel (central hall and very beautiful market on Saturday), for services, tourist activities, activities «nature» or sports, gastronomy, culture,... as well as Sorèze and its Abbey-School. The beach and leisure base of Lake Saint-Ferréol offer many activities. For lovers of historical epics and beautiful sites to visit, the cottage «Auvezines» is in the center of the triangle Toulouse, the Pink City, Carcassonne and its Medieval City and finally Albi and its famous Episcopal City. Also classified by UNESCO, the nearby Canal du Midi, you unwind its shady bicycle paths.

THE HOUSE is independent and equipped for the comfort of 8 people (and babies) with special attention for the happiness of children (many games, safety barriers, enclosed grounds...).
- Ground floor: large corridor that serves: the living room with TV, the dining room with fireplace, the kitchen in harmony with the architecture of the staircase, the bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
- The floor: always with the large corridor: bathroom with toilet.
- Bedroom 1: bed 140x190cm and cot;
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190cm;
- Bedroom 3 embracing the rounded staircase: bed 140x190cm with washbasin corner;
- Room 4: two beds in 90x190cm.
- Outdoor: parking, table tennis, slackline, swing, beach volleyball balls, petanque court, barbecue, etc.

Services: water, electricity and heating included. Wood for fireplace and barbecue offered.
Towels are provided as well as linens with beds made on arrival.
