This surprising building from 1760, recently renovated, is ideally located in the cultural district of Cordeliers 5' walk from the historic center classified as a World Heritage Site.

Our suite, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the 2nd floor of our house. It is accessed by a beautiful stone staircase and then by a wide corridor (7 m² - 2 windows overlooking the garden and pool) equipped with an office. A first room of 25 m², bright, double exposure including one with views of the garden and the pool and the other overlooking the street. Bed 160X200. Quality bedding. Wardrobe and storage. Flat screen TV, Nespresso coffee machine. Second room of 18 m², 2 beds of 90X190. Quality bedding. Large wardrobe and storage. Street view. Large bathroom (6m²) with natural lighting and view on the cathedral side, double sink. Real walk-in shower. Separate suspended toilet. Charming balcony/ souleilhou overlooking the street side cathedral.

Garden of 700 m² enclosed by walls where you find among other things a fresh arbour surrounded by bamboo and equipped for your moments of relaxation. Swimming pool (10 x 4,5m) shared, heated and salt-treated, with beach-children, available from June to September. Closed parking.

Kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator) available on the ground floor in the breakfast room to allow those who wish to have their meals, lunch or evening, in this room or, in front, on the large table of the terrace, or under the arbour of the garden near the stone barbecue also at your disposal.

Fully autonomous on site (access to the house or the car park), you forget your car at the parking lot and you reach the historic heart by the pedestrian space of the National Scene or by the Place du Vigan. All shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The ideal residence in the center of Albi for a culture and relaxation program. A cottage for 4 to 5 people located on the same floor in the other wing of the house can also be rented with this suite to accommodate a group of 8 to 9 people in total.
