Just 20 minutes from the beaches of Le Barcarès, 30 minutes from Canet-plage, at the foot of the Cathar castles and on the wine route, in the heart of a 2-hectare property of olive trees and garrigue, you'll enjoy your stay in one of the gîtes located on the heights of the village of Cases de Pène, surrounded by nature.
Depending on the season, you can also take advantage of the secure swimming pool (10 x 5 x 1.30 m) as well as the various relaxation areas and ping-pong table. The property is just a 5-minute walk from the village, 15 minutes by car from a major shopping area (Claira-Salenca), 15 minutes from downtown Perpignan (with its train station) and 10 minutes from the airport.
The property has ample parking.
A staircase leads up to the 3 adjoining, single-storey gîtes, which are laid out one after the other, while each private terrace can be separated by a retractable bay window.
As the gîtes' terraces are not completely closed off from each other, we ask you to be careful with your pets so as not to disturb neighboring guests.
