The "ROCA VELLA" gîte welcomes you to LAROQUE DES ALBERES, a beautiful Catalan village at the foot of the Albères mountain range in the Pyrénées Orientales.

Between the sea and the mountains, ideally situated in an authentic setting with exceptional views, overlooking the Tanyari valley and far from any tourist hustle and bustle; just 5 minutes' walk from the town centre, all amenities, the weekly market, shops open all year round and numerous restaurants; 15 minutes from the beaches, Collioure or Spain...

It has a large garage for cars, bikes or motorbikes, a private parking space on the ground floor, a veranda as an entrance on the first floor and a large terrace/loggia on the east side with a view over the surrounding countryside.

It comprises a large living room (dining room) with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen opening onto the loggia facing the rising sun. Two bedrooms: 1 master suite with 160cm bed opening onto the balcony on the valley side and another bedroom with two 90cm beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
Comfortable, well-equipped and spacious, it has two reversible air-conditioning systems, free Wi-Fi, a plancha grill and garden furniture.
We accept well-behaved pets. (Deposit of €150 returned at the end of your stay).
