Our " Sea and Mountain " gîte is nestled in the heart of the village of Laroque des Albères, in the Pyrénées Orientales, ideally located at the foot of the hiking trails in the Albères massif, close to Collioure and only 10 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches of the Vermeille coast. Labelled 3 épis by Gîtes de France, it is a village house of about 100 m² on 2 levels, with garden, private parking space and motorbike and bicycle shelter. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room with access to the garden and a shower room with WC, Italian shower and washbasin; on the first floor, two beautiful bedrooms (2 single beds) and (1 double bed) and another shower room also with WC, shower and washbasin. Comfortable and spacious, it is perfectly insulated and equipped with class A+++ appliances, reversible AIR/AIR air conditioning with heat pump, and a solar water heater, as we are committed to developing sustainable tourism and protecting our environment. The location of our gîte in the heart of the village will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of all amenities: we are lucky enough to have all the basic and quality shops on site, a weekly market on Wednesdays, several good restaurants and to be at the foot of the hiking trails in the Albères as well as just 3 km from the cycle paths, such as the EUROVELO8. For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels and the beds will be made on your arrival. We can, if necessary, provide a folding cot, a high chair and a pushchair. We accept your pets, clean and well behaved, at no extra charge, within the limit of one per family.
