Mas Gramatxo

Mas Gramatxo is an old Catalan agricultural estate of 15 hectares, overlooking 2 rivers and surrounded by lush greenery. The village is 7 km. The site is ideal for nature lovers, contemplatives, artists or sports (hiking, greenway "Pirinexus", swimming, fishing, ping-pong, badminton, board games ...). If you are a little hot, you will have the choice between the river a little lower or the pool above ground. The view opens onto the valley and the surrounding mountains.
Quiet, in a green setting, facing the Vallespir mountains, independent cottage near the owners' farmhouse. On the ground floor of an old renovated barn: Large and bright living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) - (2 beds 90), bathroom (bath-shower) and toilet. The cottage opens onto a private garden with trees and flowers that invites a relaxing nap or a quiet barbecue (garden furniture). Above ground pool (3.5 x 7 m). Access to the farmhouse by a dirt road. Private covered parking in the property.
Concerned of our planet, as far as possible we invite our holiday makers to buy responsible and local (list of the markets, local producers and store bios in the lodging), to reduce the waste (vegetables for our chickens), to sort (glass, plastic, papers...). We also offer a service with eco-friendly products (organic products or homemade). No chemicals are used on the property. The apples are processed into organic juice and sold according to the stock.
Sheep maintain our meadows. Our 2 cats catch the mice. Chickens provide us with good eggs. And still full of guests: deer, wild boars, badgers, spiders...
Ideal place to disconnect, to get acquainted with nature, to contemplate the sky...
