Located in the pretty village of Laroque-des-Albères, l'Oliu is ideally situated between the sea and the mountains.The gîte is the ideal base for a wide range of activities: hiking, cycling, swimming in the Mediterranean on the many beaches of the Côte Vermeille (Argelès-sur-Mer, Collioure, Banyuls-sur-Mer...), trips to Spain and the mountains (Canigou massif), cultural visits (modern art museums in Céret and Collioure, festivals...)...In summer, you can also enjoy the pleasant coolness of the swimming pool (9 m x 4 m).L'Oliu is within easy walking distance of the centre of Laroque-des-Albères, a lively, bustling village. You'll have all the amenities you could wish for: local shops (food, newspapers, post office, chemist, jewellers, etc.), numerous quality restaurants, tourist office, etc.We do our utmost to ensure your relaxation and well-being.The bright, spacious, air-conditioned gîte is in the wing of a contemporary villa with its own entrance. The decor is simple and tasteful. Spacious, bright living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be pushed together). Shower room. Separate WC. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and shared swimming pool  with views of the Albères massif. Outdoor shower. Planxa, relaxation furniture. The owners, who are discreet but attentive, will be delighted to advise you on how to make your stay as personal as possible. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and beds will be made on arrival. A second gîte for 2 people is set in a detached villa, not overlooked, on the property.
