Nancy and Jérôme invite you to come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the charming village of Cabestany, in their gîte named Le Rosier, a beautiful contemporary detached villa. This 72 m² single-storey villa offers all the modern comforts you need for a tailor-made vacation. You'll also enjoy a 50 m² private, unenclosed terrace.
Also on site, a magnificent house dating from the 1930s, offering 2 adjoining single-storey gîtes, each with its own entrance and private terrace. Upstairs, the owners' residence.
From June to September, with opening hours from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and other Mediterranean plants. The 900 m² enclosed communal garden, planted with trees, is a haven of peace.
The village of Cabestany is perfectly situated for discovering the treasures of the region. Explore nearby towns such as Perpignan, with its rich historical heritage, or head to Canet-en-Roussillon for a day at the beach. You can also go hiking in the Albères mountain range or stroll through the local markets where you can discover Catalan specialties.
For specific reasons, mainly allergies, pets are not allowed, except for visually impaired guests with a guide dog. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the possibilities according to your situation.
