Mas Terrades is nestled in the heart of nature, between Céret and Prats-de-Mollo, in the heart of Vallespir. This large, totally independent mas opens onto a landscape of forests and nature: peace and quiet guaranteed! Built of local stone and renovated, it comprises on the ground floor: a large living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed (160cm)), 1 bedroom (1 double bed (140cm)), shower room, wc, laundry room. On the 1st floor: 1 fourth bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and private bathroom (wc). In an annex to the mas on the lower level: 2 additional bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). Outside: The gîte opens onto a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). A private swimming pool is available on site (dimensions: 10 x 5 m. Depth: 1.40 m. Secured by a barrier and heated by solar panels from June to September). Parking on the property, accessed via a 1 km driveway. (Arles sur Tech village with all amenities 6 km away). Nearby outdoor activities: walks and hikes, thermal baths at Amélie-les-bains... Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning package of 180€ to be paid on site to the owner, who will take care of the housework.
