LA CAVE 1874

Enjoy an unusual experience during your next vacation in Roussillon! The owners have tastefully renovated this former wine cellar dating back to 1874: the decor is inspired by an industrial and vintage atmosphere... the spaciousness and all-inclusive service are there to make your stay an unforgettable one, as a couple, with family or friends, for a week or just a few days. Several sheltered terraces are private to the gîte. There's also a balneotherapy area within easy reach, and the owner can offer a massage service on request.
On the ground floor, this self-contained gîte comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a games area (billiards, table soccer, darts, etc.) and a fitness room. Following architectural constraints, 2 alcove bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed, a shower room and WC. Upstairs: a mezzanine master bedroom (high ceilings and large volume) with (1 x 160 cm bed), bathroom, WC.
On the outside, the terraces are equipped with a dining area sheltered by a courtyard with barbecue and plancha. Private parking on the property (1 space) and in the street in front of the gîte.
