Exceptional setting, between the Barcares pond with direct access from the farmhouse and 800 m from the sea with the beautiful white sand beach of Barcarès. Access on foot with pedestrian crossing and bike reserved or by car with free parking.

In front of the farmhouse, direct access to the Barcares pond. We graciously provide a canoe to allow you to make beautiful walks on the large pond in front of the cottage. Possibility also to practice windsurfing, kitesurfing and nautical on the pond. In this condominium, quiet, by the pond, the house is independent with a typical thatched roof. On one level, the farmhouse decorated with care opens onto a living room with a kitchen area.

The covered terrace overlooks the private enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 350 m² (sunbathing). The two sleeping areas are independent with two bedrooms each with their bathrooms: 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 pers) with bathroom (wc) adjoining. 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 pers) with bathroom, toilet. A small cabin with two bunk beds can accommodate two additional people. Within the residence, you can have free of charge common services: the swimming pool, hamman, jaccuzzi ouencore a gym. In the residence, you also have shops available 7 days a week in season (grocery store, hot spot with bakery, restaurant, bar). Free parking in the residence.Dog free.
