25 km south of Perpignan, 22 km from Collioure, 9 km from Le Boulou and its spa town, this pretty, recently renovated village house offers a fully equipped gite on the ground floor. From its private terrace, facing west, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the 250 m² enclosed garden with trees, the Albères mountains and in the background, you will admire Mount Canigou.
You will enjoy your stay in this modernly decorated cottage where nothing is missing for a very comfortable stay close to the main tourist sites of the Mediterranean Pyrenees.
Ground floor: Living room with fitted kitchen, an alcove bedroom (1 double bed), dressing room, shower room, WC. The living room opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A private parking space is reserved in front of the gîte. Common washing machine with the owner accessible in the garage.
For your walks in the surroundings, 2 bicycles are available free of charge (men and women).
