In the heart of the Regional Park of the Causses du Quercy, come and discover this stone house built in 1800, renovated by its owners (end of works in June 2015). Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is adjoining the Gite 46G12445 located on the first floor above (2 separate entrances, not overlooked). It is tastefully decorated, decorated with pastel tones that enhance the clarity of the living rooms. In a natural and authentic setting that invites you to rest and relax, enjoy the sunny terrace in the shade of oaks, the tranquility of the place and its proximity to major tourist sites Midi-Pyrénées, such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (classified among the most beautiful villages in France) and the city of Figeac. The "plus" ? Possibility to order on the internet, for example at the drive of the Intermarché de Figeac. The owners pick up the groceries and put them in the fridge before the arrival of the customers (8€ extra). This 45m² ground floor gîte is composed of a kitchen open onto a living/dining room (with sofa bed), a bedroom (1 double bed in 140), a shower room and a toilet. Electric heating. Ethanol stove. Park of 1500m², terrace, swimming pool (above ground, fenced with security gate), barbecue in an old bread oven, badminton and private parking.

5/5Du calme, du calme et du calme. Un confort assuré, tout est nickel et parfaitement décoré. Vaisselle et tout le nécessaire cuisine oh top. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles. A recommander sans aucune hésitation. Tous les lieux de visite sont à proximité ce qui est un plus.

5/5Le couchage est d'excellente qualité, à préciser l'épaisseur du matelas qui peut être problématique pour certains draps de dessous.
L'environnement est hyper calme, sans que nous soyons perdus pour autant.
