The house is accessed by a few steps leading up to a 16 m² terrace with garden furniture, then you enter the gîte with its 36 m² living room featuring a fully-equipped, built-in kitchen area also leading up to a 5 m² balcony, then up 4 steps to a master bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), extra room with BZ sofa, shower room, separate toilet. On the first floor, accessible from outside or from the living room: 18 m² laundry room with washing machine, fridge and cleaning kit. Underfloor heating throughout. Wifi access. 1 / 2 enclosed grounds of 1200 m² with an above-ground swimming pool (7.20 x 4 with flat bottom, safety barriers) planned for summer 2024 (subject to work), sun loungers, barbecue.
