With its breathtaking view from the terrace over the Lot valley, the vineyards, and the surrounding hills, Pavillon Rouge is a gite with beautiful spacious rooms and very bright thanks to the large openings in the living rooms and bedrooms. Situated in the heart of the Château Vincens vineyard which extends over 38ha of vines at an altitude of 300m, Le Pavillon Rouge comfortably accommodates 4 people with its 2 lounges, its fully equipped kitchen and its beautiful bedrooms in light tones. Passionate winemakers, Michel and Danièle will be happy to share their passion for the vines with you! Entrance via a terrace, all rooms on the same level: summer lounge with sofa and armchair, then corridor leading to 2 bedrooms (1 bed Queen size 160 and 2 beds 90, washbasin in both bedrooms), a bathroom with shower and bath (another shower is also available in a room of 1. 80m ²), separate toilet, laundry room, then the main room of 35m ² which opens onto the terrace and its view, consisting of a lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV, dining area, kitchenette. 2 terraces with garden furniture, and the terrace with a view is equipped with a barbecue and a blind. Unfenced land.
