Single-storey gîte with reversible air-conditioning. Living/dining room (TV, wifi access) opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, separate toilet with washbasin. Washing machine area, and bedroom with 160x200 bed and private shower room. Outside: large 900m2 fenced park, parking spaces, 25 m2 poolside terrace, garden furniture/barbecue, secure 8m/3.5m and 1.40 m deep swimming pool, children's swing. Bed linen and towels included. Meter-read electricity from October to May. End-of-stay cleaning and electricity optional.
