La Maison Chez Pépé is a fully renovated family house located in the heart of the village of Mayrinhac Le Francal (commune of Rocamadour). It is a quiet and peaceful village, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends! Close to the gite you will find a petanque field! The two shaded terraces are ideal for enjoying and tasting good grills. The advantage is its geographical situation, close to Rocamadour, Gramat, Padirac, Martel but also to the Dordogne river to refresh and have fun in high season (swimming, canoeing, fishing ...). Let us guide you and discover the villages and activities in our beautiful department of the Lot!House accessible by a few steps : Equipped and integrated kitchen, living room with television, armchairs, table and chairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed in 140, 2 beds in 90, 1 bed in 120), Bathroom, independent WC. Oil-fired heating. 2 shaded terraces (16 m² and 11 m²) with table and chairs, one located in front of the entrance door and the other on the ground floor with a barbecue. Fenced garden of 500 m², clothes line, garage for 1 car with a washing machine also accessible from inside, covered shelter for 1 car and a private parking.

Une maison familiale dans un très joli peti boug.
5/5Un endroit bien sympathique dans une maison rénovée au niveau des peintures et des parquets, avec une belle terrasse et un petit jardin avec possibilité de garer la voiture sous un abri ou dans un garage fermé.
Grande gentillesse des propriétaires qui ont répondu à toutes nos attentes et se sont montrés très serviables.
Simplement dommage que la salle de bain soit peu pratique avec la baignoire. Une douche aurait été plus appréciée.
Situation exceptionnelle à proximité immédiate de Rocamadour dans un très joli bourg très calme.

4/5Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants avec pt cadeau de bienvenue.
Gite très propre et fonctionnel très bien équipé.
Équipement de jardin complet avec belle terrasse et jardin sécurisé pour les enfants.
Gite très bien situé pour visiter les sites tout autour de Rocamadour à 15 km environ

Parfaitement fonctionnel
5/5Gîte loué comme base de départ pour des plongées souterraines dans la région.
La maison est parfaitement adaptée : stockage et séchage de l'équipement, proximité des sites et de la station de gonflage, stationnement, équipements.

Bonne pioche pour des vacances reposantes !
5/5Très bon séjour chez Pépé ! Le gîte est calme, bien situé et les prunes généreusement offertes par les propriétaires excellentes. Et le Lot est toujours magnifique.
