Located in the commune of Agde, 3 bright, fully air-conditioned apartments. They are located in a large house at the end of a cul-de-sac.
This spacious apartment, on the 1st floor, has a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc.) opening onto a living room with corner sofa, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a single bed and a dressing room.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate WC.
The accommodation also features a balcony.
In summer, enjoy the communal garden (between the 3 seasonal apartments), with barbecue, garden chairs and tables at your disposal.
Local shops are just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is available in front of the house (2 private spaces), and public parking for the housing estate is available in the immediate vicinity.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning included in the price.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Cap d'Agde, Marseillan, Sète, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Béziers, Pézenas, Canal du Midi, water sports, beaches.

4/5location agréable ,appartement fonctionnel ....batterie de cuisine un peu limitée ...mais la propriétaire a fourni ce qui manquait , problème de connexion pour la télévision qui n'a pas été simple d'accès et où les coupures étaient fréquentes .
Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire . La location est un peu difficile à trouver car il y ades sens interdits ; la situation est parfaite pour les commerces à proximité , moins agréable pour l'environnement- Cleanliness 5/5
