First floor: 42m² living room with lounge and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 140X190cm, the second with 2 beds 90X190cm), shower room with WC, storeroom. 1st floor: 1 master suite (1 bed 160X200cm, en-suite shower room and separate WC), mezzanine with 1 bed 140X190cm and 1 bed 90X190cm.


Private terrace and garden with above-ground pool, garden furniture and barbecue, unoverlooked and south-facing, with an unobstructed view of the pond.
Sheets and towels available for hire at extra cost. Cleaning included in the price.
No smoking, no pets, no parties.

Electricity: a supplement may be requested for significant over-consumption.
