Charming flat in a residence in the heart of the village of Avène and its pedestrian streets and on the banks of the River Orb. An ideal location for your spa treatment, but also for family holidays or professional stays. This air-conditioned accommodation consists of a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/living room opening onto a 20m² terrace. The latter, facing south-east and not overlooked, will revive your sunbathing. You will also find two bedrooms in a row, perfect for a couple with one or two children. The first master bedroom has a double bed (160cm) and the second has 2 bunk beds (90cm). The residence has a common room for pushchairs and bicycles. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional on request. Animals are not allowed. Arrivals possible on Saturdays from 5 pm. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Close to the Mediterranean Sea, the Salagou Lake, the Caroux and the Héric gorges, you are at the tourist crossroads of the West Héraultais. It is an ideal territory for the practice of sports and outdoor activities. The Orb gorges: swimming, canoeing, walking or mountain biking are some of the activities to discover in the area. But also Roquebrun which is one of the most beautiful villages in the region, Lamalou les Bains, Hérépian, Bédarieux and le Bousquet d'Orb. The Lac d'Avène, boating and swimming are possible from the beach at Ceilhes and Rocozels. Faugères and Saint Chinian are AOC wines that are a delight to the palate.
