Le Clos des Coustoulins

The Clos des Coustoulins is above all a subtle harmony between an independent house, and conviviality and sharing with its guests. This timeless place is located close to Lake Salagou in the Hérault, on a one hectare property where each space has been designed to relax and make you live an unforgettable experience.

Inside, the large living room of 35m ² is totally open on the terrace of 70m2. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge area. Three bedrooms (two on the ground floor and the third upstairs) with a bed 180x200, a bed 140x200 and 2 beds 90x200 and two bathrooms and two separate toilets complete the living space. It is tastefully decorated in the harmonious combination of old materials and modern equipment

Going down to the garden, you will enjoy the swimming pool (heated from early June to mid-September, 25° minimum), a fitness room with the possibility of massages (optional), a children’s play area, a petanque court and a terrace in the trees in which you can enjoy the sunset or sleep (optional).

The table d'hôte open from early June to late August and according to the availability of your hosts out of season (see details in the options).

The kitchen equipment: both the dishes and the kitchen utensils are brand and quality so as not to miss anything. Also available is the culinary rebot Mr Cuisine, a yogurt maker, a chopper, a pancake party, a raclette, a plancha on the terrace. Special attention to the cleanliness of the house: before your arrival everything is cleaned and disinfected from top to bottom, nothing is left to chance.

Mattress and pillow covers are changed for each new customer.

All necessary cleaning is included in your stay: washing up liquid, towel, laundry, toilet paper, etc.. The baby equipment with high chair – bar bed – changing table- stroller cane – hiking backpack – bathtub is also available as well as quality mountain bikes with troubleshooting kit and baby seat.
