Le Boulonnais - Gîtes du Pont de Calmel

Between sea and mountains, in the heart of the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc, Gaëtan, Nils and Anna welcome you on their domain composed of 6 gites.

Come and relax with family or friends in one of our accommodations like "Le Boulonnais". In this pretty cottage of 70 m², you will find a main room on one level equipped with a kitchen area (5-burner stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with small freezer), a dining area and a living area (with sofa and armchair). It overlooks a covered terrace facing South-East of 20 m² with garden furniture.
A four steps are a bathroom, a separate toilet and two bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bedroom with two twin beds (90 cm) and a bunk bed (90 cm).
This cottage is not adjoining, it is a hundred meters from the farmhouse and the pool.

Activities are on site to the delight of our holidaymakers:
A swimming pool (near the gites of 14m x 6m and paddling pool surrounded by a large terrace of 300 m², with shading).
A common room equipped with a kitchen, many board games available.
A children’s playground with trampoline, ping-pong, squirrel cage, slack-line.
Many supervised outings in the middle of nature: from the Pont de Calmel by electric mountain bike or on foot, accompanied by a supervisor of nature activities. With the possibility to make oeno-randos.

The price includes: charges (water, gas, electricity), use of the pool, loan of equipment for baby, to report when booking: high chair, cot, small bath.
Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) except July and August.

The price does not include: The linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) during July and August.
Linen rental: 10€/person including sheets, towels and tea towels.

Pets are accepted, if they are sociable and able to side the farm animals, a supplement of 15 euros will be required for the stay.

 TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Minerve (Cathar stronghold), Carcassonne, Narbonne, abbey and marble quarries of Caunes-Minervois, Jouarres lake (water sports centre), the Canal du Midi, the Haut Languedoc Natural Park (lakes, hikes, caves), Tarn museums, hiking (GR77 and departmental green network), climbing (natural site in the Cesse gorges).
