Discover this large villa ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet subdivision in the picturesque village of Vendémian in the heart of the Hérault region, just 30km from Montpellier.

This large house boasts a charming exterior with a large swimming pool and direct access to the footpaths via the gate at the bottom of the garden.


The entrance to the villa is via an outside staircase with handrail, which opens onto a spacious, beautifully decorated living room featuring a large sofa and wood-burning stove. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. HIGHLIGHT: A well-equipped outdoor kitchen is located by the pool, perfect for the summer season.


The 3 bedrooms on the first floor have direct access to the terrace. They feature comfortable double beds (160x200) that can be separated to make single beds.

Within this large house, you'll find a bathroom equipped with a shower and a large corner bathtub. A second shower room, enclosed and insulated, located outside next to the swimming pool, is also very useful.


Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included.
Pets are welcome.


TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Explore the gorges de L'hérault with the village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Pont du Diable. Discover the vineyards of the Languedoc appellation, with the Mas de Daumas Gassac estate, and enjoy Lac du Salagou, just 20km from the Gîte.
