La Villa de la Plage

Villa de la Plage is located in Agde, in a quiet, residential area.
Less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, you can enjoy an exclusive vacation setting.
This modern home offers all the comforts you need.

On the first floor, you'll find a cozy living room with sofa and TV. There's also a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, filter and espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, dishwasher, etc. The adjoining laundry room has a washing machine, fridge, freezer and tumble dryer, as well as other appliances if required.
A 1st double bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a television, a dressing room and a private bathroom (with shower and bathtub), will enable you to rest comfortably.
Separate WC.

Upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms with 140*200 beds, TV and direct access to a large terrace.
A shared bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.


A pleasant outdoor area lets you enjoy summer evenings and meals on the terrace.
A summer kitchen is at your disposal. It's equipped with a deep fryer, oven, plancha, dishwasher, fridge and shower area with WC.

You can also relax in the heated swimming pool or Jacuzzi!

You can also explore the historic town of Pézenas, renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture and local craft stores.
For a relaxing day out in nature, head to the Haut-Languedoc regional nature park, where you can hike, mountain bike or simply stroll through unspoilt countryside.
Finally, wine lovers will surely appreciate a visit to the local vineyards to taste regional wines and learn about the winemaking process.
