Located in the heart of the typical village of Saint-Privat, in the foothills of the Larzac mountains, this single-storey 79 m² gîte is built of local sandstone and adjoins the owners' home. On the ground floor, the main living area (30 m²) includes a sitting area with TV, a dining area with fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen. Shower room with WC. Private courtyard adjoining the living room with garden furniture, barbecue and secure parking space. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 bed 140X190cm, the 3rd with 2 beds 90X190cm and a crib). WIFI ACCESS. Terrace overlooking a vast wooded plot shared with 2 other gîtes, including a swing.


End-of-stay cleaning, optional rental of sheets and towels. Baby equipment available on request.
