This charming house in the village of Avène is fully restored and tastefully furnished.

Situated 1 km from the thermal baths and 50 metres from the river, this ideal location will allow you to enjoy the environment in all seasons.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function oven, washing machine and dryer...) and a toilet.

On the first floor, you will have access to two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the second with a single bed.

There is also a bathroom with shower cubicle and a second separate toilet.

The house has a small garden nestled in the heart of the old stones, which is available free of charge on request.

The price does not include bed linen and towels, end of stay cleaning if the flat is not returned clean, cleaning of duvet and pillow covers if not returned clean.



TOURIST ATTRACTIONS :
Close to the Mediterranean Sea, the Salagou Lake, the Caroux and the Héric gorges, you are at the tourist crossroads of the western Hérault region. It is an ideal territory for the practice of sports and outdoor activities.
The Orb gorges: swimming, canoeing, walking or mountain biking are some of the activities to discover in the area.
But also Roquebrun which is one of the most beautiful villages in the region, Lamalou les Bains, Hérépian, Bédarieux and le Bousquet d'Orb.
The Lac d'Avène, boating and swimming are possible from the beach at Ceilhes and Rocozels.
Faugères and Saint Chinian are AOC wines that are a delight to the palate.
